It has bright and clean rooms and perfect location right by the old town, the centre of Rennes and key attractions in the city. Staff are amicable, I had a wonderful stay for one night. Located 500 metres away, brew pub Tete de chou is great place to unwind.

lovely apartment with everything we needed for our wonderful stay for one night. amiable and very-very nice staff and host, they treated us like family. it had a marvellous location in residence for 6 days.

Our family had a WONDERFUL stay for one night at this lovely apartment near to France, city centre, and the center. It had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers to use.

Stayed in a tiny studio, but hey, who needs space when you've got a great location and friendly staff? Perfect for ant-sized humans. Don't forget to reserve the minuscule parking spot!

The room was so cramped, I could brush my teeth and take a shower without moving an inch! Comfort is overrated anyway.

All in all had wonderful experience for one night.

I had a great stay at this central hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling old town area. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a lovely view. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I really appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room, equipped with all the necessary utensils. it was a wonderful experience staying in this residence for 6 days.

The only slight downside was that there was limited kitchenware available, such as a pan and knife sharpener. But this didn't affect my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The jacuzzi room with outside space was a great addition, perfect for relaxation. The local bar on the corner had a buzzing atmosphere, great for enjoying the evenings.

The apartment, located close to the old town area, offered a convenient stay for six days. the room was well-equipped and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. the staff provided professional and helpful service, ensuring a comfortable experience. the car park was practical for those travelling by car in the city centre. the location was ideal and within a short walk to the city centre, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area.

The private parking entrance proved to be quite narrow, which may pose difficulty for larger cars.

the apartment exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and the central location. The bathroom, in particular, was surprisingly spacious. I was able to easily drop off my belongings at reception upon early arrival, and the friendly staff were quick to provide missing kitchen items.
